Thurston County Project Access (TCPA) is a community-based, physician-led program that coordinates donated medical care and services provided by physicians, hospitals, pharmacies and others for uninsured, low-income people living in Thurston County.
Our goal is to coordinate patient enrollment and referrals to make a broader range of donated services available for those who qualify. This also frees physicians and other health care providers and their office staffs from tracking down additional donated services, allowing them more time for patient care.
The mission of Thurston County Project Access (TCPA) is to provide short-term access to donated healthcare services to eligible residents of Thurston County who are referred for enrollment because of an acute or urgent medical condition. This is made possible because of the commitment of participating healthcare providers to serve uninsured patients, and because of the collaboration of other community agencies with TCPA. Healthcare access is coordinated in the spirit of the program’s core values: “Respect, Advocacy, and Responsibility”.
